Waffle cafe

Welcome to our waffle and ice cream cafe at Varberg fortress. We serve both sweet waffles and savoury waffles. We also have scooped ice cream, soft ice cream, coffee, soft drinks and home baked coffee bread. We are open every day during the summer from the 23rd of June until the 18th of August.

• Fästningens Sommarvåffla – waffle with fresh Swedish strawberries, whipped cream & strawberry ice cream
• Kockenburg – waffle with homemade blackberry jam and soft ice cream
• Bockstensmannen – waffle with cloudberry jam and whipped cream
• Chèvrevåffla – waffle with chèvre cheese, walnuts, honey, balsamico and ruccola
• Skagenvåffla – waffle with a Skagen mix of handpeeled shrimps served with crisp lettuce and lemon
